We have some important Box Office updates to share.
Starting today, all calls to our main Box Office number (203-576-1636) will be answered by our new Call Center.
These associates are an extension of our Cabaret team and will get to know you just as our in-house staff has—now with more convenient hours.
New Tickets-by-Phone Hours
Monday–Saturday: 10:00am–8:00pm
Sunday: Closed
Our on-site Box Office will now be open only during Will Call, beginning one hour prior to each performance.
Group Sales
Group Sales will continue to be handled in-house and can be reached at groups@dtcab.com or 203-549-8093.
We’ve also been working hard to improve our website assistant, Apollo, located at dtcab.com. Apollo has been updated with answers to all FAQs and scans the entire website daily so you don’t have to.
If you need additional help during this transition, you can ask Apollo to connect you with a live agent Tuesday–Friday between 10:00am–3:00pm, as well as during Will Call hours.
